Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date : 31 July 2025

1. Donations

All donations made are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Puja Bookings

  • Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled time of the Seva upon request via Whatsapp, SMS or email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, if eligible.

3. Digital Services

Services like e-blessings or name inclusion in pooja cannot be refunded once performed.
